The purpose of a Preventative Maintenance Agreement is to provide a pre-determined scheduled monthly service to maintain their network. This includes, but not limited to:
- Network additions and modifications.
- Checking hard drives for fragmentation to improve performance.
- Reviewing network operations to improve performance, security, back-up integrity and data recovery capability.
- Software and firmware updates as needed.
- Mission critical or non-functioning file server support
